Most Lobo's Designs merchandise is made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printful. Because each item is produced after purchase, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong size or color, or changing your mind after an order has gone into production.

Damaged, misprinted, or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. If the issue qualifies, we will work with Printful to arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost packages

If tracking shows that a package may be lost in transit, contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will review the order and work with Printful and the carrier to determine the next step.

Wrong address, refused delivery, or unclaimed packages

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If an order is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, refused, or unclaimed, reshipping or reprinting may require an additional charge.

Please contact us before returning anything. Do not mail products to Printful or to Lobo's Designs unless we give you specific return instructions for your order.
