Lobo's Designs merchandise is made to order and fulfilled through Printful. Production time and shipping time are separate. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Production and fulfillment

After your order is placed, the item is sent to production. Once it ships, tracking information will be sent when available.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items ordered, destination, and available carrier options.

Incorrect addresses

Please enter your shipping address carefully. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional payment for reshipment or replacement.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your order appears lost or unusually delayed, contact us with your order number. For lost package claims, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
