Artwork, tattoos, and merchandise
Lobo's Designs offers artwork, tattoo-related information, design services, and merchandise. Merchandise is made to order through print-on-demand fulfillment and may vary slightly in color, placement, or appearance based on product type, screen settings, production method, and garment availability.
Orders and payment
Prices, availability, product details, and shipping options may change without notice. Orders must be paid in full at checkout. We may cancel or refund an order if an item is unavailable, there is a pricing or technical error, fraud is suspected, or fulfillment is not possible.
Returns and shipping
Merchandise returns, replacements, and lost package claims are handled according to our Return Policy and Shipping Policy. Because items are made to order, buyer's remorse returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
Intellectual property
Artwork, photography, graphics, logos, product designs, text, and other creative materials on this site are owned by Lobo's Designs or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use them commercially without written permission.
Website use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security features, submit false information, or use the site for unlawful activity.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lobo's Designs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, delays, third-party services, or products, except where prohibited by law.
